Terms of Service

Elevo is available to verified students of supported Bangladeshi universities. You must register with your official university email address and provide accurate information during signup.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Elevo. By creating an account you confirm that the details you provide — including your name, university, department, batch, and student ID — are true.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per person. Impersonating another student or creating accounts with false credentials may lead to suspension.

Use Elevo for genuine academic and community purposes: sharing study materials, connecting with peers, and joining communities. Do not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content, spam, or misinformation.

Do not attempt to scrape the platform, bypass access controls, upload malware, or interfere with other users' experience.

You retain ownership of notes, papers, slides, posts, and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant Elevo a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that content within the platform so other students can view and download it.

Only share content you have the right to share. Respect copyright and your university's academic-integrity rules; do not upload exam content that is prohibited by your institution.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, following review. Repeat or serious violations — including academic dishonesty, harassment, or security abuse — may result in permanent removal.

If you believe an enforcement decision was a mistake, contact support and we will review it.

We may update these terms as Elevo grows. Material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
